Conducting a Search
The database can be searched by specifying either one or a combination of the following:
- contact name (if known)
- company name (if known
- bank ID number (if known)
- media specialism
- new cars
- county
- experience in education initiatives
If you want to amend your search criteria at any stage select reset. When you are happy with your search criteria select find.
Accessing Portfolios AND Registering
Depending on how many practitioners fulfil your specifications search results will be reported back to you in groups of four. Each individual/group is represented by three thumbnail images of their work. To access their portfolio click on any of the three images.
Each individual/group has their own self contained portfolio showing three examples of the type of work undertaken and information detailing experience. Click on the thumbnails at the top of the screen to enlargen the selected image and to access the description.
Whilst browsing through the search results and portfolios note down the DESIGN BANK ID numbers of the individual/group whose contact details you want. At the end of your search complete the request contact details form and email to Design Bank. Design Bank will then endeavour to deal with requests within two working days.
The mini portfolios that are held on designbank are tasters of the type of work undertaken by each individual/group. When you contact a practitioner you may wish to request to see their current portfolio, written background on themselves and an indication of approximate price range.
